Summary: | 碩士 === 國防大學中正理工學院 === 電子工程研究所 === 92 === At this thesis we study the transmission characteristic and circuit architecture of ultra wideband system and design the front-end circuit of transceiver. By applying active integrated antenna technology, in receiver we design the units of front-end circuit, included of ultra wideband antenna, ultra wideband bandpass filter and ultra wideband low noise amplifier. In transmitter, besides ultra wideband antenna, we also study and design the pulse shaper.
In experiments, we measure the frequency and time response to examine the transmission characteristic of the basis and connect these units to construct a front-end circuit of ultra wideband active integrated antenna receiver. Finally we measure the pulse transmission of this front-end circuit to verify feasibility of the active integrated antenna.
