In this study, the diffusion limited aggregation (DLA) was used to establish the correlation of detection surface and dielectric constant using fractal dimension and the production rate, owing to the interaction involving the aggregation in solid state. In the analytical mode of the system, the fractal construction simulation of dielectric layer can calculate the different thickness of metal layers and their dielectric constants. This model can also use to simulate the change of reflectivity of the surface plasma resonance sensor. The simulation results from modulating various parameters show that the corresponding relation between the interaction rate and fractal dimension reflect the characteristics of the reflectivity and the resonance angle.
