Political behavior is multi-facet, and upward political behavior is an important facet. Many researches suggested that: upward political behavior can affect job satisfaction.The aim of this research is to invesigate the effects of employees’ upward political behaviors have significantly influences on job satisfaction and turnover intention. The total number of questionnaires collected from employees in Taipei Banking is four hundred and fifty;one hundred and ninety four of them are valid. The valid responding rate is 43.1﹪.We employ LISREL to verify the relationships among variables.The results are as follows: (1)The more employees’ upward political behaviors, the more job satisfaction they will have; (2)Upward political behaviors is significantly positive influences on every elements of job satisfaction; (3)The more job satisfaction, the less turnover intention they will have; (4)Upward political behaviors through the job satisfaction have significantly negative influences on turnover intention; (5)Job satisfaction is significantly negative influences on every elements of turnover intention. According to the result, this research can provide managers a practical consult.In conclusion, employee should build up the idea of managing supervisors and behave upward political behavior to increase job satisfaction.
