| Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 90 === In this research, we shall derive a monthly-based contract capacity for the electricity cost of the telecommunication industry. The derived contract capacity formula will base on the electric charge rate of TAIPOWER company, in which the charge rate is divided into two categories: demand charge and energy. Empirical results of testing 16 telecommunication switching buildings show that our formula will result in a significant saving in their electricity costs.
