Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 90 === Nowadays, it has been a tough challenge for master both quality control and knowledge management. In other words, the enterprise could not fully take advantage of existing and new knowledge in the continuous improvement process for quality control, and the effect has been the weakness for enterprise’s activities. Thus, integrating both quality control and knowledge management will be conductive to enterprise for continuous improvement, at the same time; promote its competitive ability and productivity.
For solving existing problems related to quality control, this study firstly defined the terms such as knowledge management, total quality control, compared the relationship between the ways of management and operating procedure, and collected the cases of quality control operating ways of management and operating procedure, and collected the cases of quality control operating ways; Secondly, employed enterprise procedure analysis tool and method to construct a QCKM model; Finally, employed Collaborative technique and tool to finish empirically a QCKM prototype system, and make a initial evaluation of it.
The prototype system is composed of following advantages and characteristics:
1.Integration of operating procedure for quality control and knowledge management; this prototype could effectively accumulate the knowledge produced by quality control.
2.Centralized document control could save the time for acquiring knowledge.
3.Automatic operating procedure for quality control could decrease the operation time and occurrence of error.
4.Fully employed the Lotus Notes tool could effectively support cluster Collaboration.
Based on the advantages and characteristics of this system mentioned above, we could note that it not only could acquire, identify and save the quality control knowledge effectively, but also could make knowledge to be disseminated, shared and applied in the organization swiftly by employing systematic management way. In sum, it will increase the product quality and promote the competitive ability of enterprise.
