The maintenance cost takes a very high proportion in the airline business cost and has become the major factor that directly influences the aviation safety. Generally speaking, the forecast of aviation fleets maintenance project and planning is the main frame with which the airliner maintains its production and management system. In the same time, the forecast can be utilized as the reference data for the planning of fleet and future flight route arrangement. As for production management, production planning, group planning, main project, short-term planning, production operation and control are strongly connected to one another. The outcome for production management can be divided into facets of long, short and mid term. In airline business, the maintenance production management includes long-term, mid-term maintenance project, annual maintenance project and monthly schedule maintenance project. Selling forecast used in cooperation for strategy planning is viewed as Fleet Utilization in airline maintenance business. Therefore, this research would aim to an overall study for the possible influential factors of the forecast on fleet maintenance. This research expects to plan a practical and efficient scheduling system, which is in the same time identical to concerning principles and rules for maintenance control.
