Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 機械工程系碩士班 === 90 === The application of moving-coil electro-mechanical transducer on hydraulic & pneumatic valves is still in research stage at present. Relatively, the proportional solenoid is generally used in hydraulic & pneumatic valves design. It has, however, the disadvantages of slow response and expensive. Therefore we expect that the moving-coil electro-mechanical transducer is a better one to be used to design the hydraulic & pneumatic proportional valves because of the advantages, such as faster response and constant output force. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the analysis and design methods for moving-coil electro-mechanical transducer. The structure of the moving-coil electro-mechanical transducer includes hollow coil、permanent magnet and yoke. Once the coil is energized, the hollow coil pushes mass-spring system to move and reach a definite position. Methods of analysis and design discussed in this thesis are Fleming left-hand rule and finite element analysis. Finally, experimental results prove that the moving-coil electro-mechanical transducer has the advantages of faster response and constant output force.
