However, the Telecommunication Construction Engineering nowadays obviously can’t provide the value data for the conductors to plan and control their systems. The conductors can’t procure the procedure and the basic cost of the engineering to be the reference of the time-consuming and the cost in their projects. If the conductor can decide what the way is to set the Telecommunication Construction Engineering according to the data from the interfusion of the procedure and the basic cost of the engineering in the planning stage. Then, the conductor can use the time-cost trade-off analysis not only to efficiently decrease the cost of manufacture and the time-cost of the engineering, but also to approach their different of their business. This thesis is supposed to probe deeply into not only the possibility of carry out on Telecommunication Construction Engineering, though Telecommunication Construction Engineering, Genetic Algorithms and the schedule, but also an interfusion between Genetic Algorithms and the policy of prominence. The conclusion of this studying on the cost of Telecommunication Construction Engineering put under a series of tests, that can judge whether it works much better than the used system.
