Therefore, users are growing in number in the recent year. However, the product is more and more popular, it is weakness about the research and discovery of human factor especially in usability. In order to realize the design parameters of human factors in the assitive electronic scooter, we will focus on the users’ static operation, actual driving observation, users’ opinions interview and understanding satisfactory level of compatriots. Following the system analysis and integration process, we will construct the important design principles of human factors which will help designers to promote the usability, safety and manipulation of products. When we analyzed the satisfactory level of usability in the study process. We found out the responses of apoplexy patients who showed up the significant difference from the normal users on the control, adjustment and situation processing. For this reason, took one step ahead to study the usability of apoplexy patients in using the assitive electronic scooter. This study presents the lower satisfactory level in usability in existence products which include the restriction legs space, stamp on location of feet, adjustment of control devices, the support of lumbar region, the stability feedback of roadway block, braking efficiency and interface of information interaction. Simultaneously, we found out some problems in the products for apoplexy patients which contain the weak humanity space, the confusing orientation of direction control for the right hand inconvenience patient, the additional supporting function of armrests, the complex detail control of driving devices and bad adjustment controllers of seat back and position. The representation of refined design has improved on the usability such that the non detail device control, safe additional supporting function of armrests, easy adjustment and common usage direction control in assitive electronic scooter can be used friendly for the apoplexy patients and other resembling extremities handicap users.
