Although the information flow among her supply chain partners has been streamlined, the material flow and cash flow among T Company’s supply chain partners are the other critical issues to be resolved. The government’s ITAP Plan C is to sponsor the bankers in Taiwan to implement e-financing with IT manufacturing companies such as T Company as a pilot implementation project. This case study is to look into the implementations of Plan C, an e-financing project of process integration between IT industry and the bankers conducted by the bankers jointly with T Company, through T Company and Taiwan IT Industry e-Business Alliance. Then, we present the findings and propose our suggestions. For relevant industry, we have four suggestions: (1) The continuing maintenance and expansion; (2) The junction of financial ASP and logistics ASP; (3) Outsourcing data management operations; (4) Support for using financial ASP. For government’s policy, we have three suggestions: (1) Establish a bridge certification institution and regulate the common certification mechanism; (2) Keep integrity of financial regulations; (3) Provide strong support to promote and assist the rollouts of Plan C e-Financing facilities. For the enterprises that would implement the e-Financing afterward, we have three suggestions: (1) Analyze internal and external environments before setting up your e-Financing strategy; (2) Take the previous experience of demonstrative case in e-Financing from the enterprise and industry as reference; (3) Have an overall consideration of the four guardant for integration — people, Information Technology, applications and processes. Finally, for future research, we have three suggestions: (1) The issue of certification integration (2) The technology for process integration between different industries; (3) The integration of the internal ERP system and the e-Financing system.
