The educational resources allocation indicators was developed by the author. Statistical treatment included principal component analysis, six measures of horizontal equity, cluster analysis, discriminant analysis, and one-way ANOVA. The conclusions of this study are summarized as follows: 1.Allocation of educational resources have relation to school size. 2.There are four clusters in the allocation of educational resources. 3.Four clusters have much different in “school structure”, “electrical plant”, “capital expenditure”, and “basic space”. 4.The large schools are lowest in the finance resources. 5. There are forty-one available indicators for evaluating the allocation which had been proved effective. 6. Allocation of educational resources among elementary schools in Taipei City was unequal. 7.According to the horizontal equity analysis, twenty indicators were extremely unequal.
