Abstract：
The economic development grew stablely these years. The rate of
Spain is higher than other countries in European common market. In
Spain there is a high unemployment rate，but they still can accept more
than sixty thousand emigrants, that’s the reason why I study on this
object. And because of the relationship between Spain and Europe, I
named the thesis the European emigration and the policy of emigration
in Spain.
Emigration was theoretically and operationally defined in the first
chapter of the thesis. Later chapters introduce the relationship between
Spain and Europe, plus how Spain government deal with the emigrants
from Europe and all of the world. The last part elaborated the policy
as shown in public opinion poll data. Proposed solutions by the scholars
, experts, and other EU countries were also examined.
In view of the wide scope of the study of emigration, this thesis
Only focused on the political and economic development, and I hope it
would be a reference for Taiwan’s study on its issues.
