Description
Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 電機工程學系 === 90 === Power quality is becoming an increasingly important topic due to the growing numbers and power rating of nonlinear power device used in controlling power apparatuses in industrial power distribution system. The power quality events could be resulted as motor overheating, communication interference and malfunction of protection devices in the power systems. Consequently, the power quality problems should be investigated for finding the solutions to improve the power quality. The thesis proposes a parametric approach (wavelet transform) and a nonparametric approach (neural network) to assess the power quality events. Moreover we utilize the fuzzy inference to determine the level on the power quality disturbance. Finally, to verify the performance of the proposed approach, many disturbance cases generated by Matlab program are tested.
