However, it is not easy to obtain the traffic parameters. It costs a lot of human resource and the process is complicated. Hence, we propose a semi-automatic information system to simplify the process of obtaining the traffic parameters. In our research, the techniques of image processing and pattern recognition are used to recognize and track the vehicles, and an interface for correction by human interaction is also provided.
