According to the current development of Mobile IP , some scholars have an idea of that hierarchical mobile management framework will be better in providing the superiority of Mobile IP, and supporting the fast Handover control to improve system performance. They tried to dispose the Macro Mobility Management layer and the Micro Mobility Management layer in the framework with using Mobile IP to be the major protocol. Under the framework above, we will focus on discussing the most impartment security issues, including authentication、authorization、registration、location changeover and IP security, and find out the different between the single Mobile IP and hierarchical Mobile IP framework, and overcome the transmission delay to bring up a new correction of the framework. Finally, discuss the new IP version of Mobile IP─IPv6, look for the differences with the old IP version─IPv4, and how IPv6 will bring the new juncture of the wireless communication. This thesis provides a new way for 3G, even Beyond 3G, a especially focus on the authentication mechanism, and providing a safer and more efficient way to get services. Then enhances the reliability of the wireless communication, and also solve the long distance registration message exchanges between the FA and HA, and reduces the time in waiting for the HA registration reply.
