Above all, enormous governmental organizations are most attentive to the practicality and research. This study takes police organization, which is related to the resident’s security as an object of study, probes whether the budget and police forces can truly reflect the demand of complaining and clearing cases, further more, realize Not-for-Profit setting how to use social resource and satisfy the social needs. The main result of this study is that our government budgets branch offices and manpower considering last year’s social demand of resident critical and general criminal cases on average. This practical evidence also identifies that the Government allocates the taxes quite fair at least in Taipei City Police branch Departments. Otherwise, The achievement of the polices were also generated by reporting cases, police forces and budget. Finally, the reporting cases from the public will response to the achievement of the polices in next term. It shows that the demanding of the public is depended on the resource and achievement of the police organization.
