碩士 === 淡江大學 === 建築學系 === 90 === In order to resolve the lack of constructional workers , difficult control of constructional quality, the new curtain wall system : unitized curtain wall system occurs. The study was used domestic completed curtain wall as an example , referred to foreign related documents、the records of construction and experiences, and also established three different models : non-zoned model、vertical zoned model、vertical-horizontal model. By analyzing the economical efficiency of direct cost and constructional period of three different zoned models , the benefit of three models can be compared. According to the analysis procedures and measures mentioned from the study, they can assist domestic curtain wall construction to collect and analyze the data correctly and also realize the economical and constructional efficiency of zoned curtain wall. The economical model of the study can provide curtain wall producer’s decision-maker with various considerations such as direct cost、constructional period etc. during the design stage , therefore those considerations can be the references for deciding whether zoning or not.
