Chan 楊紀偉 陳偉正 Abstract : This thesis is instended to study the Y1Ba2Cu3O7-x grain size effect on flux-drag torques for changing Magnetic field .We grinded the annealed Y1Ba2Cu3O7-x Sample and sieved into four different grain size powder , 250-149μm , 149-74μm, 74-37μm, <37μm,then mixed with epoxy in 3:1 ratio by weight of Y1Ba2Cu3O7-x power relative to epoxy . we measure the flux-drag torques at 77K for these four sample . we also perfomed the same measurements for two Y1Ba2Cu3O7-x Single grain sample . We found that larger grain size sample has larger flux-drag torque .
