Description
Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 化學學系 === 90 === The chemical constituents of two liverworts were examined in the present study. They are Conocephalum conicum and Chiloscyphus polyanthus. After repeated chromatographic separation and purification of the crude oil of each species, structures of isolated compounds were identified by extensive spectral analyses, such as 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 13C-DEPT, 1H-1H COSY and HMBC. Compound isolated and identified are as follows: 1、 Conocephalum conicum:-selinene, apigenin, ent-kaurene, riccardin C, bornyl trans-cinnamate, 5-acetoxybornyl trans-cinnamate and 5-hydroxybornyl trans-cinnamate. Among them, the last two are new compounds. Diterpene ent- kaurene and the bisbibenzyl riccardin C are found in the Conocephalaceae family for the first time. 2、 Chiloscyphus polyanthus:ent-8(17), 14-labdadiene-5, 13R- diol. Identification of a diterpenoid component in this species is the first report. Previously, only sesquiterpenoids were found in this species. In the last part of the thesis, comparisons were also made on the consituents of the two species with those of the same species collected at different locations and the significance from the viewpoint of chemotaxonomy was discussed.
