| Summary: | 碩士 === 淡江大學 === 大陸研究所 === 90 === Based on the policy and development of industry in China, this thesis probes into China’s industrial policy and developed achievement.To this day, the procedure of the industrialization of China can be divided into two stages. The first stage in which the planned economy was put into practice was between 1949 and 1978. The second one was after the innovation opened up in 1979 till now. It was the stage including liberate of planned economy and the executer of market economy. The characteristics of industrialization in China were totally different in these two stages. There were five “five-year-plan” and one adjustment in the first stage. Although there were some other shifts, most of them were broken off quickly. Basically the developments followed the same trace. In the second stage, China had a lot of reforms in devices of economic development. Not only the direction of industrial policy changed, but also the way of business management, economic development, and distribution had variations. Therefore, China had different policies in planned economy and market economy system, and the characteristic, procedures and results were entirely different also. From the experience of opened innovation, it’s necessary to keep opening the innovation which will be the trace that can help China resolve its social problems and to face the international environment after entering the WTO.
