Ventilation is important in control contaminant concentrations, and nosocomial infection , High air exchange rates are used to pressurize the space and remove contaminants to protect patients, Many health care-related ventilation standards are based on ACH(Air changes per hour),CDC and ASHRAE are using,but the ACH standard provides less air to small spaces and more air to large spaces, is unlikely to be related to the amount of contaminant generated, a different ventilation standard, airflow L/s•person(Liter per second per person)may be more indicative of expected contamination levels if the source of the contamination is related more to the occupants of the space, this research has conducted for isolation rooms, and discussion the variation of two ventilation standards with different droplet nuclei contamination concentration in isolation rooms. By means of a HEPA filter should also be used, exhaust air is directed through heat-recovery devices, to reduce the costs of operating ventilation systems, this study evaluate the potential of energy saving and rate of return on investment, the further detail study will form an basis of reasonable ventilation rate and annual energy consumption per square meter floor of isolation rooms. 李文興 2002 學位論文 ; thesis 93 zh-TW |
