Under this situation biochemistry weapons may be used in wars and terroristic activities again. Specialized organizations in developed countries have been studying the technology of protecting against nuclear and biochemistry weapons and have made the standard of protection technique. For special usage only partial military in domestic imports products from abroad. Thus, there are a lot of related techniques to be studied and developed. The aim of this topic is mainly to maintain the security of personnel and the operation of regular work in the shelter and to study the design and inspection of the air conditioning, ventilation, and contaminant removal when nuclear and biochemistry weapons attack the underground bunker. First, to describe the application of special equipment for protection systems because the contaminant sources of nuclear and biochemistry will infiltrate into the bunker from the openings of personnel and ventilation system. Then, to study the planning and design of the related process, effect, and control for the layout of facilities, the ventilation of poison filtration, the removal of pollution, and the system of wash and disinfection. Last, to provide the results of inspection methods and determination for the functional examination at each stage, the airtight system at each zone, the performance of poison filtration, the alarm system, and the facilities of wash and disinfection after the completion of construction and to provide a reference of planning and designing the related facilities in domestic. 施陽正 2002 學位論文 ; thesis 60 zh-TW |
