碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 商業自動化與管理研究所 === 90 === Since the process of construction automation is very complex, there are few application of electronic business like ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning),SCM(Supply Chain Management),CRM(Customer Relationship Management) etc. Besides, the researches were also rare. Therefore this research focus on ERP on construction. In this research, the process of construction was studied firstly. Secondly, the model of ERP on construction was developed by ARIS(Architecture of Integrated Information Systems). The engineering project management is the core of this ERP systems, it includes bid and contract management, construction plan management, purchase and outsourcing management, and construction management. The prototyping of this model was constructed by PASTA(Process and Artifact State Transition Abstraction). The thesis confers the conceptual structure according to the motive, the objective, and records retrospect. For practice, I interviewed the specialists of the construction for understanding the operation model. The research conferred the reference model for the construction information system that is basic on division of labor on traditional engineering. The main shaft of the reference model is project, and auxiliary model consists with personnel matters and salary management, financial and account management, facility and materials management.
