Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 商業自動化與管理研究所 === 90 === In recent years, due to the progress in communication technology, the closer integration among telecommunication network, cable TV network, satellite broadcasting, terrestrial broadcasting and broadband network has developed rapidly. Taiwan’s Terrestrial Broadcasting System has become a major medium to provide information as well as entertainment content, and video processing technology, information technology and broadband network have made multimedia content distribution possible. The services of Digital Terrestrial TV Broadcasting are to provide mobile service, Internet access, data broadcasting, and interactive TV services. Therefore, the applications of digital technologies will make a great impact on consumer's digital life style with the trend of the fast-growing development of Digital Terrestrial TV Broadcasting. It is important for Taiwan’s Terrestrial Broadcasting Companies to learn digital technologies and build up their competitive advantages through successful transfer of technology. This research is based on a literature review and case studies with in-depth interviews with technical directors and management personnel of the FORMOSA TV company Engineering Department to identify the important factors affecting technological knowledge transfer and construct its analytic framework. This study aims at realizing the relationships among knowledge types, job attributes, knowledge receivers, methods of knowledge transfer and knowledge transfer rules. The research concludes with the following observations: 1. Due to different technological knowledge attributes, methods of knowledge transfer are not applied in the same way. 2. Each knowledge receiver with or without experience, team or individual, applies a different method of knowledge transfer. 3. A proper knowledge transfer rule is helpful.
