Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 電腦通訊與控制研究所 === 90 === Abstract In this paper, we proposed two architectures of RF identification system based on power and data wireless transfer. Both of them consist of reader unit and transponder unit. The two architectures are discriminated from the data transmission method. One is using frequency shift keying (FSK) modulation and another is using amplitude shift keying (ASK) modulation for data transmission. Both of the two architectures of the transfer method used half duplex (HDX) transfer technique in our RF identification system. The system has approved using Avanti HSpice and the 0.35mm CMOS technology. We designed a complementary Class-E power amplifier in reader unit to improve the power transfer efficiency up to 30%. The transponder unit has also implemented for a chip. The chip contains 295 transistors and occupies an area of 1.13mm×1.12mm. This chip can work in low power of 2.96mW.
