The effect of the pressure and frequency on the pressure wave form is also investigated. In the research, the characteristic of the system can be identified by combing the advantage of the SPWG that can generate the pressure wave with the low frequency to high frequency and the variant of the elongation of the piston rod which control the volume. The results show that increasing the volume can increase rise time, decrease the maximum overshoot, release the amplitude of oscillation of the pressure wave and make the wave to tend to trapezoid one. It is found that increasing the pressure and frequency of the square pressure wave can increase the maximum overshoot. Besides, increasing the pressure can keep the pressure wave to tend to square one but the damping of the frequency is up, the pressure wave gradually becomes a triangular one. Finally, the pressure waveform of the hydraulic system excited by different condition is investigated, and the results then can be the reference of testifying the effect of the hydraulic system. Besides, the results can provide the designer with references for promoting the hydraulic system, and the enhance dependability and safety of the hydraulic equipments.
