| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 建築與都市設計研究所 === 90 === Examining public and private departments, it is found that there is still ambiguous recognition with difference about regeneration, under limited human and financial resources. Reviewing domestic related studies on urban regeneration area evaluation index, it is found that most evaluation indexes emphasize practical layer but neglect non-practical factors that are hard to be handled, or for different direction of the index group, it is quite difficult to evaluate how to delimit regeneration area in a urban environment. Based on the above, in order that there is a system to be followed in delimiting urban regeneration area, this study assumes that it can improve the presently superficial delimiting method in practical operation if deciding a set of urban regeneration area evaluation indexes, cooperated with objective and trustworthy “weight” to give weighted grading, and making good use of G.I.S. to set up database and selecting execution area. Therefore, this study applies induction to first induce the evaluation indexes into three aspects, the legal, theoretic and practical aspect, then collect the index item and connotation respectively, give comparison of their difference, to deduct the evaluation index of this study. After that, F.A.H.P. is used to conclude the index weight, as the basis for establishing score basis; furthermore, a practical proof area is selected to apply G.I.S. for carrying out evaluation and analysis. Using the operation results, handling principles when executing after delimiting regeneration area are first drafted, finally, the examination and recommendation about this index operation mode will be raised.
