In recent years, worldwide trade have grown rapidly, and the globalization becomes the trend of the markets. The innovation of information technology and the pressure of the competitions lead enterprise to make some improvements upon the cost, quality, time and flexibility. The concept of global logistics management gradually becomes the pivot of the enterprise , and which makes the development of the integrated systems, such as ERP,SCM, and MES, to build a optimal global logistics chain.
This research is based on the example of mainboard industry and to study how to achieve the best balance between cooperative of shop floor and manufacture system of supply chain. By building the control model of management , we will have more efficient control over the process of mainboard manufacture and can improve the cost , quality ,time and flexibility. The static model of the process is described by IDEF0 method. Some transformation methods are adopted to convert IDEF0 method to Petri Net model. Some properties of Petri Net are analyzed to ensure the performance of the industry. Finally, Some concluding remarks are made.
