Thus how to control environmental impact caused by influence factors is important. By controlling bad factors the impact on local environmental resources can be reduced to the lowest degree. Beside, visitors’ concerns toward the arboretum park, influence their agreements to the management strategies of environmental impact. Management strategies can reduce the environmental impact caused by overuse. Base on the Chia-Yi arboretum park, thirteen management strategies are made from environment impact questions. They are divided into two categories: the direct ways and the indirect ways. Besides, this research tries to understand how the differences between visitors'' cognition of environment impacts and environmental concern level. This can cause their different attitudes toward management strategies. The research results show that:(1)different visitors’ characteristics result in different environment impacts cognition, environmental concern level, and acceptance attitudes toward management strategies.(2)visitors of more environment impacts cognition show more agreements on management strategies.(3)visitors of more environmental concerns show more agreement on management strategies.(4)visitors of more environmental concerns show more cognition of environment impacts. The issues of environment impact management emphasize the need of the viewpoints from researchers, managers and visitors all together. Then it is able to estimate the possible acceptability of environment impacts when happens. The results of this research could provide managers the references of the strategies in the future.
