The researches we had before could not provide a complete resource linkage model, and it might affect the efficiency of service delivery. This research chose 10 business organizations, which had EAPs practice and experiences of resources linkage, to carry out the "Multiple Case Study". By doing the qualitative interview in depth with the business organizations, this research induces the EAPs practice contents they implement at present. And the research tries to develop a complete model in EAPs resource linkage for business organization based on the information we got. The characteristics of these respondent organizations are large-sized organizations, and the most of respondents are females, above 5-year seniority, helper professionals related, and having masters degree. The respondents also attended the seminars, training activities, and workshop about EAP practices for many times. The services they provide for their employees include three parts: social adaptation service, workplace development service, and personal psychological service. In terms of the content of resource linkage in EAPs practice the respondent organizations have, this research induces the types of internal/external resource and the services they provide, the motive of doing this linkage, the method of internal/external resource linking, and the internal/external resource linkage models. Furthermore, the research also explores the modes of performance evaluation and the obstructive factors of doing this. The research induces the correlation between EAPs service delivery models and resource linkage models as well. This research develops a complete resource linkage model, which is included the practice items: problems finding and resource identification, data collection and management, relation building and negotiation, linkage identification, and performance evaluation and maintenance. At last, according to the research finding, the research suggests the followings: (1) the business organizations should build an effective management mechanisms in resource information; (2) the business organizations should enhance the ability of problem-solution for resources; (3) the business organizations should recommend professionals to carry out the resource linkage practice.
