Even in traditional industry, it cannot resist changes from technological development. Hi-Tech industry which most businesses invest a lot of research resources, the environmental and industrial changes they face are more intense. Among the total, NPD is the focus for most firms to gain competition, because maintain perfect and continue performance of NPD is the only way for business to create profits.
Because of the change in environment rapidly, however, the risks and uncertainties which business faced are increasing. Therefore, to understand the influence of uncertainty on NPD is very important. Past researches about the influence of NPD on environmental uncertainties based on the decide level of NPD project. On the opposite side, these researches didn’t have complete and clear explain about the influence which result from uncertainties on decide level. Thus, from the viewpoint of project level, we discuss the influence of uncertainty on NPD process in this research. We consider PTU and PMU these two factors in the research. We eager to find the relationship between key factors and NPD project’s result in NPD process, and the influence about perceived technological and market uncertainties on NPD process.
