Summary:碩士 === 東海大學 === 工業工程學系 === 90 === This paper introduces a web-based shop-flow information reporting module for a enterprise with APS(Advanced Planning and Scheduling ) system. During the manufacturing process of item are in the shop flow , the operator manufactures goods on a basis of the list of work order, so as to deliver the products with right quality, right quantity, right standard in right time. The major function of this module is feedback the information of work field to the APS system, this information is initial data for execution of APS system in order to assure the quality of every run. On the other side, this module developed in a basis of Web Based environment, which can use advanced network technology transmitting different data back to the module, for example, user can report the work field information back through browser or report directly in a machine set. In addition, an object-oriented systems development approach, including Design Patterns and Unified Modeling Language, for developing the proposed intranet-based routing management system is provided. Finally, this research will introduce a scenario of precision machinery and use real screen picture to verify the capability of this module.
