Biotech industry is affected by this hot pursuit to internet. To be the top one and improve the performance in E-marketplace, the management must grasp some key factors. However, due to limited resources , businesses should focus on primary value-added activities in E-marketplace to create the niche. For this reason, identifying what are the key factors to make E-marketplace successful is the important issue. This research uses factor analysis to identify the key successful factors for E-marketplace, The factors found out are: the maturity of intemal and extemal environments, electronicize procedures, the degree of information strategy matching, innovation, website accessibility, and website manage strategy. This study also found that this industry with the characters of good skill, high safety, fewer quantity but lots of products, relationship with government, and these character are significantly correlated with key factors for E-marketplace to succeed.
