But with the increasing of the system the speed of the software developing becomes more and more difficult; it makes the development of the system more and more complicated. In the early 90 period, the "Object-Orient Programming" is in large quantity used in the system of information, then a plenty of scholars lead the concept of Integrated Circuit, and the "Software Component" is one of the most using method. However, the "Object-Orient Programming" never considers the cultural background and the Business Model of the enterprise, therefore, it can’t offer the apposite developing model of the software.   Windows DNA (Distributed Internet Application) is the developing model of the software that is offered by Microsoft, for the "Distributed Architecture". Under this architecture all the dealing component should be put into the management of the Com+ Server, therefore, when in multifarious inquiring action and in the lesser information, the executive efficiency of the system is descent evidently, thus I offer the reformative "Windows DNA Architecture" it classify the function dealing component between the UWD Component (modify, increase delete component) and A Component (query component). UWD Component should manage by Com+ Server, and a component adopts the method-DLL (Dynamic- Link Library) to call. We increase the factor—Time in this new architecture, then can lower the developing time and the processing time of the system, and experiencing the proof of the experiment, the reformative architecture improve the executive efficiency of the system the multifarious inquiring action and common information. We establish a web-side which the insuring agent can inquire the policy fee rate by the reformative architecture, and it can prove the applicability of the developing information system by this new architecture.
