The degree of case management cognition and the degree of case management practice are significantly positive correlated. 2. Work condition characters such as the type of agency, the number of case management training, agency location, agency support, supervisor’s support, and network and the degree of case management practice are significantly related. According to the results, some recommendations were provided for the child protective workers and the child protective agencies. Betty Y Weng 翁毓秀 2001 學位論文 ; thesis 132 zh-TW
