Description
Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 應用化學系 === 90 === A series of nonionic surfactant were synthesized. The hydrophilic group is poly (oxyalkylene) amine and the hydrophobic group is pentadecanfluorooctanoyl. The structures of these products were identifying by FT-IR. Measuring the surface tension of these aqueous solution and interfacial tension between FC40 and aqueous solution by the plot of surface tension against log surfactant concentration. Emulsifying FC40 and pectadecanfluorooctanoyl poly (oxyalkylene) amide surfactant with ultrasound homogenizer and determining the thermal properties of Products. The products show good stability to lower the surface tension of aqueous and interfacial tension between aqueous and FC40. The diameter of particles decrease when the concentration of surfactants increases to some value. Comparing to Jeffamine® ED and M series, Tg raises a little, but not change much in Tm and △H. The products decompose at 180℃ because of the breaking of substituting group. The maximum working temperature is 180℃.
