The sample is from National Taiwan University of Arts. Both quantitative and qualitative methodologies are applied in this research. In the quantitative approach, the questionnaire survey is used. In the qualitative approach, the group-focusing seminar is adopted. Three steps in the data collection procedure. First is to design the questionnaire based on the related literature and theoretical references. Then, the researcher distributed the questionnaire to 164 participants. The valid sample has been processed is 160. Third, to gain further information, the group-focus discussions have been implemented for supervisors and staff. To analyze data, both one-way ANOVA and multiple regression statistics are utilized. The results found that: a.The Internet literacy behavior of NTUA administrators shows the ability over the average. The younger and less working experiences in the school, the higher level of the Internet literacy behavior. Specifically, the traits of the high ability group are those who hook up earlier and contract working group. b.The phases of Internet literacy: Considering the knowledge levels of Internet, earlier hook-up group is higher than that of later group, those who have less service years (less than and including 3 years) in university are superior than those have more service years (more than and including 22 years) in university, the younger group is better than the older group, and the occupation type categorized as the contract-working group is higher than that of part-time group. c.The phases of Internet literacy: In view of Internet attitude, earlier hook-up group performs more positive attitude than that of later hook-up group. People who have less working experiences show more positive attitude than those who have more working experiences, the youngest group (20-29 years) has more positive attitude than the oldest group (more than and including 50 years). d.The phases of Internet literacy: Regarding to the usage of Internet behavior, earlier hook-up group performs higher than that of later group, those who have less service years in university are superior than those who have more service years in university, the younger group is better than the older group, and the group for those who own the computer is higher than those who have not. e.The Internet literacy of earlier hook-up group performs higher positive attitude and Internet use of behavior than those of later hook-up group. The reasons may be due to their learning abilities, the emphasis levels of organization, and the needs of working environment. However, the earlier hook- up group shows better knowledge in Internet literacy may be attributed by their learning abilities. f.Those who have less working experiences demonstrate better Internet literacy and other phases than those who have more. The reason may be due to their learning abilities. g.The group for those who own the computer has higher Internet literacy, attitude and usage behavior. The reason may be due to that people who have been given high expectation. The group for those who own the computer has higher Internet literacy and usage behavior, which may be correlated with working specialty. However, administrators’attitude to the usage of Internet indicates opposite results. Michael S. R. Kwan 關尚仁 2002 學位論文 ; thesis 127 zh-TW |

碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 新聞研究所碩士在職專班 === 90 === The purpose of this research is to comprehend the Internet literacy behavior of administrators in school system. The results found that:
a.The Internet literacy behavior of NTUA administrators shows
the ability over the average. The younger and less working
experiences in the school, the higher level of the Internet
literacy behavior. Specifically, the traits of the high
ability group are those who hook up earlier and contract
working group.
b.The phases of Internet literacy: Considering the knowledge
levels of Internet, earlier hook-up group is higher than that
of later group, those who have less service years (less than
and including 3 years) in university are superior than those
have more service years (more than and including 22 years) in
university, the younger group is better than the older group,
and the occupation type categorized as the contract-working
group is higher than that of part-time group.
c.The phases of Internet literacy: In view of Internet
attitude, earlier hook-up group performs more positive
attitude than that of later hook-up group. People who have
less working experiences show more positive attitude than
those who have more working experiences, the youngest group
(20-29 years) has more positive attitude than the oldest
group (more than and including 50 years).
d.The phases of Internet literacy: Regarding to the usage of
Internet behavior, earlier hook-up group performs higher than
that of later group, those who have less service years in
university are superior than those who have more service
years in university, the younger group is better than the
older group, and the group for those who own the computer is
higher than those who have not.
e.The Internet literacy of earlier hook-up group performs
higher positive attitude and Internet use of behavior than
those of later hook-up group. The reasons may be due to their
learning abilities, the emphasis levels of organization, and
the needs of working environment. However, the earlier hook-
up group shows better knowledge in Internet literacy may be
attributed by their learning abilities.
f.Those who have less working experiences demonstrate better
Internet literacy and other phases than those who have more.
The reason may be due to their learning abilities.
g.The group for those who own the computer has higher Internet
literacy, attitude and usage behavior. The reason may be due
to that people who have been given high expectation. The
group for those who own the computer has higher Internet
literacy and usage behavior, which may be correlated with
working specialty. However, administrators’attitude to the
usage of Internet indicates opposite results.
