| Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 觀光事業研究所 === 90 === The purpose of this study is to examine the relations between career success and leisure behavior, and leisure attitude, and the relation between leisure behavior and leisure attitude. We also try to investigate whether the different working hour and age will moderate the relations between career success and leisure behavior and that between career success and leisure attitude separately. Results indicate a significant variance of different career success on participation of leisure behavior, and that of different salary success on the viewpoint of leisure attitude as well. There are moderate effects of different working hour on the relation between career success and leisure behavior, of different salary on the relation between working hour and leisure behavior, of different position on the relation among salary, working hour and leisure behavior, and of different working hour on the relation between career success and leisure behavior. These findings will be provided as the reference to the related leisure businesses.
