| Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 戲劇研究所 === 90 === The article is basic on the system theory of science of theatre art to make the theatrical essence clear which is woven by the consciousness of both actors and audience . Therefore, we can understand the basic meaning of the triangle collusion of actors, roles and audiences . Furthermore we discuss the theory of ritual theatre which combines theatre with religions and anthropology, With the new points of science of theatre arts we criticize errors of ritual theatre on actors, roles, audiences etc. by their definitions, and the serious problem is brought by exaggeration on the relation between audiences and actors . The study covers Western and Eastern theatre . With the firsthand data in science of theatre arts and with the theories of people who represent the ritual theatre we use dialectic process, that is, through thesis, antithesis and synthesis, to point out the differences between theatre and ritual , arts and reality.
