When looking back on researches about MNCs , those often discussed with how resources、capabilities or strategies and control/coordination mechanisms effected the corporation''s performances. And there are few discussions study in moderate effects of those variables. We constructed a research which combined with resource/capability theory and theories of international business administration and control/coordination mechanisms, our independent variable is resource capability and our moderator variable are global resource configuration and control/coordination mechanisms, the depend variable is MNCs performances. Completed questionnaires were returned by 108 enterprises, which invest on Mainland China (15.45% response rate). Investigation data, serious statistics method in-cluding validity and reliability test, regression and Chow-test will be appropriately used for testing each hypothesis and obtained some advice for transnational managers. In the dimension of the main effects indicate that strategy of global configuration and the adoption of control/coordination mechanism will positively related to performances. In examining of moderate effects. In addition, when corporation get richer re-source/capability and their overseas branches doing more support activities, they will get better performances on non-financial performances; as for the cooperation which adopted high-level coordination mechanism will get better financial performance. These hypotheses were supported by the empirical data. The contribution of this study has three aspects. When managers operating their corporations should pay much more at-tention to increase human resources、know-how abilities…etc., which can enhance their competitive advantages, they should also put importance on global configuration and specialized division, use their control/coordination mechanism appropriately in manag-ing organizations and mediate conflicts within organization.
