Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 音樂研究所 === 90 === The purpose of this research is to analyze and to make certain of professional competency in education, and the professional competency in the Arts Education and humanities that must be equipped by the Junior-high Music Teachers in their response to the consistency of the nine years in the curriculum of the fields in “Arts Education and Humanities”, in order to provide as the reference for the qualification for the Junior-High Music Teachers or the teachers in the field of art, in their pursue of the further study of the educational courses, the related co-operation measure, the examination of the teacher’s credential or the self examination by the teachers in their own professional development. The method of our research utilizes probing of the literature, the interview, and the method of questionnaire in order to complete the research. First of all, through probing of the literature and interview, we analyzed six major categories, 30 itemized fundamental abilities for the educational profession, four major categories, 34 itemized fundamental abilities for Arts Education and Humanities, and the measure of co-operation for the teaching position in school. And the content of the related research for pursue of the further study. Then, according to a copy of questionnaire, obtained from 210 Junior-High Music Teachers, taking the percentile from all the collected information, the average, the analysis of return, the analysis of variation, and related analysis method of compiling statistics, to be certain of the importance and the degree of the need of the different fundamental competency of the Junior-High Music Teachers. The analytical result of the questionnaire shows that the average of the professional competence of the need were all above 3.0, which is to say that the different itemized ability of the Junior-High Music Teachers were all equipped with the fundamental competency to teach in the field of “Arts Education and Humanities”. Finally, according to the discovery from the research, we have obtained the following conclusion: 1. Junior-High Music Teachers, because of the basic acknowledgment of the changes of the content in the teaching in “Arts Education and Humanities”, should strengthen the spirit of the reform and the fundamental theory for the “Arts Education and Humanities”, the teachers should become well acquaintance with totality of the model of the planning of the study curriculum, and moreover, to strengthen the coordination of the competency of teaching among the teachers. 2. Junior-High Music Teachers should equip with professional competency, which included the two major areas, which are “The Educational Professional Competency” and “Arts Education and Humanities Professional Competency”, ten itemized categories, total divided into sixty-four itemized abilities, moreover, to strengthen the ability of “course planning” and the ability of “self planned material”, to place emphasis on the importance of “the need of students’ learning” as the center of the teaching model, in addition to cultivate the comprehensive artistic disposition for the teachers. 3. The education administrative units should according to the different background of the Junior-high Music Teachers, modify the need of the pursue of the further education for the professional competency, design the content of the curriculum related to the further study and actualized the professional competency for the Arts Education and Humanities Teachers. The training organization for qualify teacher should provide comprehensive curriculum for Arts Education, and actualized the education for the professional practical courses. The further research study should use curriculum planning and the design of the educational activities as the focus of the research curriculum, and taking into consideration of the distance difference between city and the countryside, to utilize Internet and visual teaching aid, to increase the benefit for the research teaching. As for the sponsoring of the Arts Education and Humanities research study curriculum, it should modify according toward the practical area. The administration of the school should understand the importance of the standard equipment, and strengthen its cooperation with the educational unit. According to the result of the research, to the junior high school teacher, the cooperation of the school administration, educational administrative organization, junior high school teacher’s qualification training organization and the future research, if the researchers bring out any suggestion, it will become the reference for the educational administrative unit, the teacher qualification training organization, the schools, the Junior-High Music Teachers and the future researchers.
