| Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 材料科學與製造研究所 === 90 === In this study, the test vehicle of catalyst electrode is prepared by RF-sputtering and coating with amorphous powder.
At sputtered side , three kind of metal elements Pt、Ni and Nb are sputtered on the stainless net and form metal film , then use heat treatment to become three elements alloy .
At amorphous powder side , it is main that apply Nafion solution on the stainless net, and find out how catalyst activity effect is .
At this study, catalyst effect of methanol electrochemistry oxidize reaction is the best for sample 5 (Nb10-Ni90-Pt10), and also reach purpose of this study, and discover to add the quantity of Nb instead, it will make catalyst effect lower .
At amorphous powder side, although just do initial test, but we can discover that catalyst effect is very ideal from study result.
