It is a kind of fabric for making shirts and woman’s dresses. And it is belong a kind of fabric has high economic value. However, both of nylon and cotton has great different on the dyeing procedure. Generally the industry dye N/C cross woven fabric with the method of two-bath, two-stage. But it is time consuming and required more energy and auxiliary. In this research try to find a new method make the N/C cross woven fabric is able to dye under same bath and one step procedure with acid dyes and MCT type reactive dyes.
Pretreatment of N/C cross woven fabric with the Sandene 8425 produces cotton side that may be dyed with MCT type reactive dyes under weak acid condition in the absence of salt and alkali got high fixation efficiency and good fastness of washing. The pretreatment for cotton make N/C fabric could be dyed with acid dyes and MCT type reactive dyes under same bath.
