Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 纖維及高分子工程系 === 90 === The transparent organic-inorganic hybrid materials, PAE/nPSA and PAE/M-nPSA, were prepared by the incorporation of nanoscaled polysilicic acid (nPSA), prepare through hydrolysis and condensation of metasilicate salt, directly into a hydroxyl-containing linear( polyamide ester), PAE). PAE was obtained by the ring-openig reaction of diglycidyl ether of bistpenol A (DGEBA) with HBSS under the catalization of Tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBAB) in DMF solution at 70℃. The structure properties of the hybrids materials prepared by different nPSA were investigated by FT-IR, 29Si solid state NMR, DSC, SEM and dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA). It was found the hybrid materials PAE/nPSA or PAE/M-nPSA had the better physical properties than that of the pure PAE while PAE/M-nPSA had higher interfacial forces than that of PAE/nPSA. After heat treatment in high temperature, the physical properties such as solubility and tensile strength of the hybrid materials were changed significantly because of the formation of Si-O-C and C-O-C bonds between the organic and inorganic phases.
