| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 90 === In this study, an evaluating model was built to evaluate the bidders in BOT/BOO incinerator projects. The criteria were constructed with Fuzzy-MOP, which could simplify the computing efforts. LR fuzzy number was utilized to avoid the defuzzifying problem, in addition, we transferred the optimal bidder problems to a nonlinear Fuzzy-MOP problem through building MOP constrains between objectives and evaluating factors, then obtained compromise solutions with Lingo. Finally, we utilized these solutions , Gray Decision ,and the information of bidders to construct the evaluating model in BOT/BOO incinerator projects.
