These companies, however, rarely notice that in terms of management, what meaning the performance included in this system refers to. This study concluded performance indexes usually used by ordinary enterprises through relative literature review. Furthermore, based on the supply chain of the construction industry, we selected and induced the performance. According to the characteristics of the construction industry, we further categorized the performance indexes. The Data Warehouse and the multi-dimension model of the ERP system in this study are built by the means of employing the selected and categorized performance indexes. After categorizing, the conceptual model of the system is described by the use of Unified Modeling Language (UML). Apart from the conceptual model, considering the convenience of search and decision for managers, we combine the Internet concept to present this system with the method of the Web. Finally, this study is also intended to explore whether or not the performance indexes categorization of the current construction companies’ ERP system is complete through the analysis of the cases.
