The measuring system, consisting of a personal computer, controller of a 4-axis machine controlled by a multi-axis motion control card and the controller of a Wolf&Back OTM3A20 circular triangulation laser probe system, is also to be integrated information-technically. The fixtures used to mount the laser probe head on the z-axis linear stage and to clamp the workpiece in the rotary table axis was also designed and manufactured. The measuring software programmed with Borland C++ Builder 5.0 language was developed to configure the scanning path of two surfaces. The lease-square fitting method of two characteristic 3-D point sets was used to merge two sets of scanned data in this research. The error analysis of the designed 3-D workpiece profile after data merging process was verified through a comparison between the measuring results measured with a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and that of the reconstructed data with satisfactory result. 修芳仲 2002 學位論文 ; thesis 95 zh-TW
