| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 90 === This is the computer age, there are lots of computer factories involved in LCD development, and so far the function of the computer screen still has its limitation. If we have one interface system which could be used for a computer screen to display either the computer information or TV program, so that we can improve the usage of a computer screen and the resolution of the computer screen would be much better than the TV’s. That means to use computer screen for watching TV will have better vision resolution than the TV. In the other hand, the function of a computer screen is increased, and then we should be ready for the new digital image TV era.
The system can support the image format transmission for cable TV and DVD(VCD) player, that the output signals once are connected to this system, the signals could be transmitted to the computer screen and speaker. By this way the computer screen can be used in both functions.
For the fulfillment of the above tasks the article including the detail description of what kinds of microchip should be used, the program for meeting the function, and the hardware circuit designed for running the system
