They enable the information author to identify the one whom illegal redistribution. Anonymous fingerprinting schemes could preserve the privacy of information recipient, but the schemes in [7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16] didn’t describe the issues of framing, impersonation and fabrication between the information author and information recipient in details. However, these conditions may cause damages to information author and information recipient. Therefore they are very important to develop a fingerprinting scheme. In this paper we proposed a new anonymous fingerprinting scheme that would enhance to prevent the issues as described above. Our purposed scheme is based on self-certified public key system, which has following secure properties: (1) accuracy: the information recipient has a public key with self-certified property; (2) anonymity: the identity of information recipient is anonymous; (3) unforgeability: the fingerprint in digital data is unforgeable; (4) fairness: every roles cannot frame, impersonate and fabricate one the other.
