It is possible to establish references among project information. There are many stages in a construction project. Each stage can be subdivided into several operations. Each operation is completed through rigorous communication and cooperation. The objective of this research is to provide integrated information for project managers. In this study, integration is established according to the following four levels: readability, recycling, reference, and data model. Various aspects in different levels such as their characteristics and applicability to project operation are examined. Furthermore, with respect to the level of data model, a real design project is investigated to simulate the integration process. In summary, the use of integration levels in project operation has several advantages. First, it can provide methods for project analysis, design, and management. Secondly, it can increase the information recycling in a project and increase the design and management process. Thirdly, it can provide organized information for the project administration and keep the project operation in schedule. Finally, it can help evaluating and organizing project teams.
